These terms apply when you use Wishit. By creating an account or reserving a gift, you agree to them.
Wishit lets you create wishlists and share them with a link. Anyone with the link can reserve a gift, without an account, so the same gift isn't bought twice. The basic service is free.
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your lists stay yours. Don't use Wishit for anything illegal, for spam, or to harass people, including through reservation emails. We may remove content or close accounts that do.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Wishit Premium and Wishit Unlimited are one-time payments, not subscriptions: nothing is charged again.
Wishit Premium switches on the premium features for one wishlist; Wishit Unlimited does so for every wishlist you have or create. Premium lasts for as long as Wishit runs. If you delete a premium wishlist, its premium is not moved to another list. If a payment is refunded or charged back, premium switches off; the list itself keeps working at its regular address.
We work to keep Wishit running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or add features. We won't take away a premium feature you paid for without offering a refund.
Wishit is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a gift bought twice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
